Summary

King David was "old and full of days." He was passing his kingdom on to his son, Solomon. And he was also preparing for the temple to be built for the worship of God. Not only did he prepare for the temple through material provision; he also provided for the temple by organizing its leadership. Even in God's temple in this age--the church--leadership is an essential element for the continuation of God's worship. Is our leadership organized biblically so that the next generation will worship God through Christ?
