Summary

The apostle Paul is patient with the Romans (and us). Though he does not apologize for discussing a complex topic, he does seek to answer our possible misunderstandings about his teaching. Because of his teaching, we might ask, "Is the law sin?" And with an emphatic 'No,' the apostle explains that the law is indeed good. He also explains what role the Law serves in God's salvation plans.
